Chocolate Raspberry Bars
INGREDIENTS:
* Box of brownie mix (any kind)
* 2/3 cup raspberry or razzleberry jam
* 3/4 cup white chocolate chips or vanilla melties
* 1/2 cup chopped nuts
* Eggs, oil and water (depending on what's required for the brownie mix)
HOW TO MAKE:
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Pour into a greased 13x9 inch pan. Heat jam in small saucepan until liquid and easy to pour. Pour over uncooked brownie batter and swirl into batter with a knife (make any design you want). Place pan into 350 degree oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until middle is set.
Once the brownies come out of the oven, melt the chocolate chips (or vanilla melties) and drizzle over the top of the brownies. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Let cool completely before serving.
I got so many complements on this dessert! The best part is because it looks a lot more glamorous than regular brownies, everyone thinks the brownies are made from scratch! Super easy and makes little mess. A super easy recipe to start out with if you're new to baking. Enjoy!!
