Lemon Cupcakes

These look homemade but it's actually a boxed cake with a few added ingredients. :)

Ingredients:

*Lemon cake mix
*Lemon juice
*Powdered sugar
*Milk
*Pillsbury buttercream frosting
*Lemon drops

How To:

Make batter and bake according to directions. When the cupcakes are cooled, use a toothpick to poke holes on the top of each cupcake. In a bowl, pour in about 1 cup powdered sugar. Add a small amount of milk to get a glaze consistency (a few tablespoons). When you get the desired consistency, add lemon juice until it's as sour as you like. Pour small spoonfuls of the glaze over each cupcake. Pipe frosting over each cupcake and decorate with one lemon drop.

I didn't taste this cupcake but was told it was really good and lemony. If you want an extra bite of lemon, use a lemon frosting instead of buttercream.
